KOMATSU 450 High Reach Demolition Rig
Designed with maximum machine deployment in mind, this can be used for any demolition job. Attachments available include:
- 7 Tine Grapple

Primary Crushing
This attachment is ideally suited to reducing large lumps of mass concrete and preparing concrete ( i.e. removing rebar) which creates numerous problems when loading into a jaw crusher but in addition provides small feed which adds to maximum production for crushing.
Approximately 69000 m2 of concrete slab and bases were lifted, pulverised and crushed for reuse on site in preparation for a large industrial complex.

Single Toggle Mobile Crusher
Firstly, the demolition rubble is pulverised by the excavator to break out reinforcing bars in the concrete rendering the feed material to the jaw crusher free of debris and trash hence maximum productions achieved.
Secondary crushing is achieved by tracked jaw crusher which usually produces 75 mm down product.
