Demolition of Evans Halshaw (Ford Dealership), Sutton in Ashfield
Extensive portal-framed service buildings ranging from 50 x 30 metres to 20 x 10 metres were dismantled and resold, with re-erection facilities provided as required.
This 35,000 m2 site was cleared in under 10 weeks, including breaking out and crushing the extensive concrete slabs.
Demolition of Tilworth Grange Hospital, Hull
The demolition of Tilworth Grange Hospital in Hull - a site with 10 acres and various period buildings - was undertaken and completed in 12 weeks, in preparation for a substantial house building project by another developer.
Linbro carried out the principal contractor duties, which included the organisation of extensive asbestos removal.
Demolition of fire damaged farm buildings, In Doncaster
The extensive steelwork was sheared down in approximately 14 days. The concrete slab was lifted in seven days, including massive chimney bases.
All materials were crushed for reuse in a further 14 days.
